Ovi uslovi važe za svaku kupovinu u internet prodavnici . Slanjem porudžbine potvrđujete da ste se sa njima upoznali i da ih prihvatate.
2. Poručivanje
- Izaberite proizvode, boju, miris i količinu i dodajte ih u korpu.
- U korpi upišite ime i prezime, telefon, email i adresu za dostavu i kliknite „Pošalji porudžbinu“.
- Odmah posle slanja dobijate potvrdu porudžbine na email, sa brojem porudžbine i spiskom artikala. Po potrebi vas kontaktiramo telefonom radi potvrde.
- Porudžbine primamo i telefonom na ili mejlom na .
3. Cene
Sve cene su iskazane u dinarima (RSD), po komadu, i predstavljaju konačne maloprodajne cene. Troškovi dostave nisu uračunati u cenu proizvoda. Kod pojedinih proizvoda postoji minimalna količina za porudžbinu, koja je jasno naznačena uz proizvod. Važi cena istaknuta u trenutku slanja porudžbine.
4. Plaćanje
Plaćanje je isključivo pouzećem – iznos porudžbine i troškove dostave plaćate gotovinom kuriru prilikom preuzimanja paketa. Plaćanje karticom nije moguće.
5. Isporuka
- Isporuka se vrši na teritoriji Republike Srbije, preko kurirske službe.
- Porudžbinu obrađujemo i šaljemo u roku od 24 sata od prijema, a paket stiže na vašu adresu najkasnije u roku od 72 sata od slanja.
- Troškove dostave plaća kupac, po cenovniku kurirske službe, prilikom preuzimanja paketa.
- Preporučujemo da pri preuzimanju pregledate paket. Ako je ambalaža vidno oštećena, to odmah naznačite kuriru i javite nam se.
6. Pravo na odustanak od ugovora
U skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača, imate pravo da odustanete od kupovine u roku od 14 dana od dana kada ste preuzeli robu, bez navođenja razloga.
- Odustanak nam javite popunjenim obrascem za odustanak (na dnu ove strane) ili bilo kojom nedvosmislenom izjavom poslatom mejlom na ili poštom na adresu . Rok je ispoštovan ako izjavu pošaljete pre njegovog isteka.
- Robu vratite na adresu bez odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana kada ste nam poslali izjavu o odustanku. Direktne troškove vraćanja robe snosite vi.
- Novac vraćamo bez odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana prijema vaše izjave, uplatom na vaš tekući račun (broj računa navedite u obrascu ili mejlu). Vraćamo iznos plaćen za robu, uključujući troškove prvobitne dostave. Povraćaj možemo zadržati dok ne primimo vraćenu robu ili dokaz da ste je poslali.
- Odgovorni ste za umanjenu vrednost robe koja je nastala kao posledica rukovanja robom na način koji nije adekvatan, odnosno prevazilazi ono što je neophodno da bi se ustanovila njena priroda, karakteristike i funkcionalnost (npr. paljenje sveće).
- Pravo na odustanak ne postoji za robu proizvedenu prema posebnim zahtevima kupca ili jasno personalizovanu robu.
7. Reklamacije
- Odgovaramo za nesaobraznost robe ugovoru (fabričke greške, oštećenja, pogrešno isporučena roba) u roku od dve godine od dana isporuke.
- Reklamaciju možete izjaviti telefonom na , mejlom na ili pisanim putem na adresu . Uz reklamaciju priložite dokaz o kupovini (račun ili potvrdu porudžbine) i, ako je moguće, fotografiju proizvoda.
- Po prijemu reklamacije izdajemo potvrdu sa brojem pod kojim je reklamacija zavedena u evidenciji reklamacija.
- Na reklamaciju odgovaramo pisanim ili elektronskim putem bez odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od 8 dana od prijema, a rok za njeno rešavanje ne može biti duži od 15 dana od dana podnošenja.
8. Vansudsko rešavanje sporova
Sve nesporazume nastojimo da rešimo dogovorom. Ako to ne uspe, možete pokrenuti postupak vansudskog rešavanja potrošačkog spora pred telom sa liste koju vodi ministarstvo nadležno za zaštitu potrošača, a možete se obratiti i nadležnom sudu.

These terms apply to every purchase in the online shop. By sending an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. In case of any difference between language versions, the Serbian version applies.
2. Ordering
- Choose products, colour, scent and quantity and add them to the cart.
- In the cart, enter your full name, phone, email and delivery address and click “Send order”.
- Right after sending you receive an order confirmation by email, with the order number and list of items. If needed, we will call you to confirm.
- We also take orders by phone at or by email at .
3. Prices
All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD), per piece, and are final retail prices. Delivery costs are not included in product prices. Some products have a minimum order quantity, clearly shown with the product. The price shown at the time the order is sent applies.
4. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery only – you pay the order amount and delivery costs in cash to the courier when you receive the parcel. Card payment is not available.
5. Delivery
- We deliver within the Republic of Serbia, by courier service.
- We process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, and the parcel reaches your address within 72 hours of shipping at the latest.
- Delivery costs are paid by the buyer, at the courier service’s rates, when the parcel is received.
- We recommend checking the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, tell the courier straight away and let us know.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under the Serbian Consumer Protection Law, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you received the goods, without giving a reason.
- Tell us about your withdrawal using the completed withdrawal form (at the bottom of this page) or any clear statement sent by email to or by post to . The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires.
- Return the goods to without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent us your withdrawal statement. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We refund you without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your statement, by transfer to your bank account (state the account number in the form or email). We refund the amount paid for the goods, including the original delivery costs. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g. burning a candle).
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
7. Complaints
- We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods (manufacturing defects, damage, wrong items) for two years from delivery.
- You can make a complaint by phone at , by email at or in writing to . Please enclose proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and, if possible, a photo of the product.
- On receiving a complaint we issue a confirmation with the number under which it is recorded in our complaints register.
- We reply in writing or electronically without delay and within 8 days at the latest, and the complaint will be resolved within 15 days of submission at the latest.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We try to resolve every disagreement by agreement. If that fails, you may start an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure before a body on the list kept by the ministry responsible for consumer protection, or turn to the competent court.
